Milena Floyd is the Chief Executive Officer of Creative Restaurant Group (CRG), a London-based hospitality group behind some of the capital’s most exciting dining destinations, including SUMI, Kioku by Endo, IGNI, and the recently opened Endo and MOGA in Chelsea and SUMI Marylebone, alongside GIZE in Kobe, Japan. With an extensive background in luxury hospitality, Milena has built her career working with some of the industry's most recognised restaurant brands, including SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle, before joining Creative Restaurant Group. Having progressed through senior operational leadership roles to become CEO, Milena brings a hands-on, people-focused approach to running and growing restaurant businesses. She combines commercial ambition with a genuine passion for hospitality, creativity and developing exceptional teams. At CRG, Milena leads the group's strategic direction, operations and ambitious expansion plans, overseeing new openings in London and international growth.
