A really useful blend of topics including current business trends and challenges coupled with new ideas and thought provoking presentations - great to hear various operators' journeys and approaches to developing their businesses. A really engaging day with some inspirational leaders in hospitality!

Scott Harper Malmaison and Hotel du Vin

The MCA Restaurant Conference brought a great range of operators and Industry participants alike. It facilitated impactful conversations, gave us the latest on industry trends and of course was a great place to network.
