Baton Berisha had his first job in hospitality as a teenager at Marco Pierre White’s Quo Vadis. He went on to work for Gordon Ramsey’s The Savoy and for the Fat Duck Group’s Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. After stints in D&D London’s Quaglino’s and Brompton Brand’s Mahiki, he joined The Ivy Collection, initially as ops director, before being made MD and then CEO of Richard Caring’s restaurant group. He recently returned to D&D as MD.
