Andrew joined Dishoom as head of people in 2016, before being promoted to people director in 2019. He was previously head of people at speciality coffee shop chain Harris + Hoole and has held senior HR roles at HJ Heinz and Pernod Ricard UK. Dishoom has regularly featured in ‘best places to work lists’, and believes in “bringing people together, celebrating differences and breaking down barriers quietly”. It achieved B Corp accreditation in 2024.
