He has more than fifteen years' experience advising management teams, investors and private equity firms on growth strategy, value creation and investment opportunities, and leads EY's commercial due diligence activities across the leisure, retail and consumer products sectors. Robert has advised on a broad range of restaurant transactions spanning fine dining, casual dining, quick service restaurants and cafés. He is recognised for combining deep sector expertise with rigorous analysis of market trends, competitive dynamics and growth opportunities, helping clients navigate a rapidly evolving consumer landscape.
