Baton Berisha is chief executive of Gaucho Restaurants, where he is leading the next phase of growth at the Argentine-inspired steakhouse brand. Prior to Guacho in 2025, he held senior leadership roles at The Wolseley Hospitality Group, D&D London, and The Ivy Collection. In his early career, he worked for Gordon Ramsay and Marco Peirre White.
