Baton Berisha brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career at Quo Vadis before going on to work alongside some of the industry’s most renowned figures including Marco Pierre White, Gordon Ramsay, Sir Terence Conran and Heston Blumenthal. Baton has held CEO roles at The Ivy Collection, Caprice Holdings, Birley Clubs and Bill’s, overseeing these businesses concurrently and building a strong reputation for driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering operational excellence during periods of exceptional growth. Following these roles, Baton went on to lead The Wolseley Hospitality Group. Baton joined Gaucho in 2025 with a clear focus on elevating the guest experience, strengthening company culture and setting new standards in hospitality. Since his appointment, Baton has led Gaucho through a significant period of transformation, driving continued growth in both revenue and profitability while overseeing an ambitious brand evolution and refurbishment programme.
