Matt has a 14 year career running leading restaurant and pub multi-site businesses. He was appointed CEO of Gusto’s in 2022, having been MD since 2028. Prior to that Matt held senior roles at Giraffe World Kitchen, Red’s True Barbecue, Fuller, Smith and Turner and Spirit Pub Company.
