Dan Purnell has been Managing Director of Permanently Unique Group since 2021, recently stepping into a global role following the opening of Tattu Dubai. His focus is on the continued growth of PUG’s luxury hospitality portfolio across its three brands: Tattu, Louis and Fenix. Dan’s extensive career in luxury hospitality includes time as Beverage Manager at Burj Al Arab, as well as consulting for brands including Hakkasan, Hilton Worldwide and Lone Star Barbados. He also worked as a consultant for Grantley Hall both pre and post-opening, supporting the development of the luxury hotel and its hospitality offering.
