Gavin Smith is CEO of Pizza Pilgrims, leading the Neapolitan pizza brand's day-to-day operations and expansion strategy. He joined the business as operations director in 2018, became managing director in 2020, and was promoted to CEO in 2025. Prior to Pizza Pilgrims, Smith held senior operational roles at Wahaca, Mitchells & Butlers’ Browns Restaurants.
