Tom Crowley was appointed CEO of Popeyes in April 2021 to lead the UK launch and fast track growth. Since then, the team has opened 50 sites, with many more in the pipeline. Crowley has over 20 years experience leading UK pub, casual dining and QSR brands, as MD of Giraffe Concepts and CEO of Boparan Restaurant Group, as well as senior roles at Mitchells & Butlers.
