Markus Thesleff is an entrepreneur and restaurateur with over two decades shaping global hospitality. Finnish-born and raised between Scandinavia and England, his approach to hospitality was shaped a philosophy of genuine connection creating experiences for guest that defines his work today. His career spans Pangaea, the nightlife concept that became a fixture across Manhattan, London and Marbella, OKKU in Dubai and Riyadh, and London's ultra-exclusive Aviva members' lounge, before he founded Thesleff Group in 2018. Since then, he has built a portfolio of restaurants defined by bold, design-driven concepts, from Los Mochis, the Japanese-Mexican restaurant in Notting Hill and the City, Juno and Luna Omakase, to the acquisition and stewardship of Sale e Pepe, the Knightsbridge Italian institution, and its second site, Sale e Pepe Mare, at The Langham. His most recent opening, MA/NA Mayfair, is among the group's most ambitious to date. Thesleff Group was also named among the Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Companies in 2026. The group is now expanding internationally, with a Los Mochis opening confirmed in Beverly Hills for 2027 and further sites being scouted across the US and Europe.
