Su co-founded of JKS Restaurants 15 years ago with siblings Jyotin and Karam. As well as being CPO she is a trained sommelier and wine buyer. The JKS group boasts a portfolio of admired concepts and standalone restaurants including Trishna, Gymkhana, Brigadier’s, Bao, Hoppers, Berenjak, Plaza Khao Gaeng, Speedboat, Kitchen Table, Lyle’s, Sabor, BiBi, The George, The Cadogan Arms, 42 and Ambassador’s Clubhouse. JKS was recently named amongst the Sunday Times Top 100 places to work
