Phil Howard has always been a “chef’s chef”, quietly notching up years of service and influencing the industry immeasurably. He is also a co-founder of NOTTO, a new venture focussed on pasta. NOTTO operates two London restaurants while delivering pasta meal kits and selling fresh pasta and sauces wholesale. Phil spent 25 years at The Square in St James, which held two Michelin stars for 17 years of his tenure, while remaining a partner of five other London restaurants: The Ledbury, Kitchen W8, Church Road, Perilla, and Lorne. He opened Elystan Street in London’s Chelsea Green in 2016.
