The restaurateur made her first mark on the capital in 2008, when she launched Malaysian and Singaporean restaurant Rasa Sayang in London’s Chinatown. Since then, Ellen has established an expanding portfolio of concepts under the umbrella of Chew on This Group, including Arome Bakery, Lobos Meat & Tapas, and most recently the Singaporean sensation Singapulah.
